(H-NR-E)* Sidewalk, Landscaping and Irrigation. All other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.

(H-NR-E) The project consists of the renovation of the existing interior of the City of Cleveland City Hall Building, located at 100 North Street, Cleveland, MS 38732. The work includes removing and replacing interior walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, HVAC, electrical and other miscellaneous improvements.

(T-NR-E) The work consists of the following approximate items/quantities among 8 Sites: stone riprap, 100 lb. (1900 tons), stone riprap, 200 lb. (1931 tons), geotextile fabric (4390 sq. yds.), borrow material (400 cu. yds.) and grout (178 cu. yds.)

(H-NR-E)* The work shall consist essentially of the following items: Brick Columns, decorative fencing, and gates. All other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.

(T-NR-E) The Base Bid Project consists of a Multipurpose Gym, with a vestibule, two restrooms, an electrical room and 2 Storage Rooms. The general construction is a Pre-Engineered Metal Building system with CMU and Brick walls, metal wall panels, and standing seam roof. Exterior Canopies, drive, sidewalks, and exterior lighting are also included. The expansion of the gravel parking areas is also to be included in the base bid. Relocation of the existing gas line and adjacent power to be included in the base bid. The project includes one alternate. Add Alternate #1 includes all work for the connection between the multipurpose gym space and the existing gym to the south.
