The Town of D’Lo will receive competitive bids for construction of the 2024 Street Paving Project – Phase IV at D’Lo Town Hall located at 2158 Highway 149, D’Lo, Mississippi 39062 until 10:00 a.m.___ local standard time on November 19, 2024 at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic Bids will not be accepted for this project. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.
Project includes the following Work: The project consists of overlaying Maple Street starting at the intersection of East Pecan Street to a point approximately 2,500 feet northward from the intersection with a 2” surface course asphalt (SC-1). This will require approximately 625.00 tons of SC-1 asphalt.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor
Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.
