The City of Oxford is seeking proposals from proposers to provide a court and legal case management system (CMS) for the daily operations of the City’s Municipal Court.
Proposals will be received until, but not after 11:00 AM (local time), October 14th 2024.
Completed proposals may be submitted online through the portal at www.oxfordmsbids.com or via hand delivery to the City Clerk’s office at 107 Courthouse Square. For hand delivered proposals, please seal all documents in envelope and write, “CITY OF OXFORD-COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” on outside of envelope. Any proposals submitted after 11:00 am, Monday, October 14th will be discarded.
All relevant documents for the Request for Proposal are available at www.oxfordmsbids.com. Proposers may review full set of documents before downloading. Respondents must download the documents online. City staff will not provide documents.
