SEALED proposals will be received by BROADMOOR UTILITIES, INC. at the office of the Engineer, Myriad Engineering Solutions, LLC 4780 I-55 North, Suite 100, Jackson, MS. 39211 or electronic bids submitted via
www.myriadengrsolnsplans.com until 10:00 AM local time on October 4, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The work shall consist of conducting a water leakage audit and repairing or replacing PVC distribution lines and appurtenances.

Plans, Specifications and Contract documents may be viewed at the office of the Engineer, 4780 I-55 North, Suite 100, Jackson, MS during normal business hours or may be viewed online at www.myriadengrsolnsplans.com at no charge. Registering for a free account at Myriad Engineering Solutions, LLC Online Virtual Plan Room (myriadengrsolnsplans.com) will enable bidders to view and/or order Contract Documents online. The only requirement for account registration is a valid email address.

Contract Documents are issued to potential Bidders only as paper copies from Plan House Printing and Graphics, 605 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804. Bidders may opt to purchase Contract Documents online at www.myriadengrsolnsplans.com. All payments for Bid Documents are non-refundable and shall be made payable to Plan House Printing and Graphics, 607 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804.

Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of plan holders maintained by Plan House Printing.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities and equipment, material and/or supply needs.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant (RWAIG). Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water Systems Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.
