Bids for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvements will be received by the Town of Cary, MS at Town Hall located at 30 Oak Circle, P.O. Box 69, Cary, MS 39054 or electronically at www.engserviceplans.com until July 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of single phase and three phase sanitary-sewer pumps, new pump-control panels, replace metal-to-metal lift-out system, replace pump-station accessories, new mobile hand-wench for pump removal, and replacement of gate valves, check valves, piping in pump station valve pits.

Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website: www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
